"Fair enough. Zack, you can find all the information in the computer file. You're authorized to review, edit and report on these findings. I'll give you three days to review the materials. Does that sound agreeable?" (Reply Thristen) Matrix continued, "Alura, same goes for you. Three days to review the materials. I'll call a follow up meeting after that. In the mean time no one discusses this outside engineering or with any other crew members. If a superior happens by and makes an inquiry, tell them the truth. That you're working on an experiment with the CEO. Direct any questions to me. Understood?" Ensign Rathyn acknowledged with a nod. "Yes Chief," Cohen said. "I'll continue my work on the interface to the main computer and controls." "I'll work up some preliminary schematics on the new coupling design after I've read your upgrade specifications." He wasn't sure why he though fate would have been kind to him on this day, it had been kind enough already is giving his sister back to him, letting him off shift on time was just too much to ask apparently. He had several crewmen and a Lieutenant down sick, all of them Bolian, and all of them among the most efficient at their jobs, The Lieutenant was his Gamma shift supervisor and he was working and getting someone from Beta to supervise the crew, too many officers, including himself, were too new, the war took it's toll on experience. Finally, he had finished everything he needed to get done. Michael stood up and dashed out the door, quickly handing off the Operations shift fo Beta shift. He had known Elizabeth's quarter assignments, he had made them himself, and he knew she had beamed aboard. "Computer, open door, Operations override Gamma 3-3-7 Lexic Dark." Michael said, giving his code to open the locked door that stood between him and his sister. When the door opened, he walked in and looked around, the place was dark, and his sister wasn't anywhere to be found. "Computer what is the current location of Elizabeth O'Connor?" [Elizabeth O'Connor is currently located in Ten-Forward] "Ten Forward? What in the world is she doing there?" Michael asked out loud. [unable to answer that question.] Michael just grumbled and grabbed the nearest turbolift to deck 10. Finally he spotted her profile at one of the tables by the windows. She was seated with a security ensign that Michael recognized from the bridge, but hadn't had time to get to know yet. Walking over, he finally felt a sense of relief now that he was in sight of his sister. He arrived at the edge of the table without her noticing him, Michael was simply glad to see her smiling. "Sis?" Michael asked tentatively. Elizabeth's head whipped around at the sound, staring at Michael for a brief moment, leaving Michael to wonder if she would hate him for getting her into the mess she had been in. He was quickly relieved of that notion when she flung herself out of her chair and wrapped her arms around his neck fit to choke him. "Mikey," She squealed, as she started to cry again. "Lets not spread that nickname around, ok, Sis?" Michael said jokingly as he hugged his sister tight. "I'm sorry, this is all my fault...They said they were going to use me against you, make you do things..." Elizabeth whispered. Michael nearly panicked at the thought of other people knowing he had been blackmailed before he thought of a response. "It was bound to happen with someone in the senior staff, I'm just sorry it had to be you. We hit the planet so fast they never actually had a chance to try and get to me, especially once we captured one of their operatives. Besides, I never left the ship, they wouldn't have had a way to get any messages to me without everyone else seeing them too." Michael said patting his sisters back. "It's still my fault, Mom and dad snuck us into hiding, I hated being cooped up, so I snuck out to see some friends, that's when they caught me. Jenny's Dad is loyal to that freak Doenitz, she turned me in, Mikey." Elizabeth said sobbing slightly. "It's still not your fault. I'm sure mom and dad are in pieces, but you're safe now and we will all see them soon, I promise!" Michael said as broke the hug, and held his sister back at arms length, his hands on her diminutive shoulders so he could look her in the eye and give her a full looking over to make sure that she was actually in one piece. "So, you listen to your Brother and you understand, this is not your fault, hear me?" Michael said, receiving a nod from his sister before he smiled at her and kissed her forehead. "So, I see you've been making friends already," Michael said, turning to Rana as he grabbed a chair and sat down next to his sister.
